• “People begin to heal the moment they feel heard”

The journey through life is hard and sometimes you may feel stuck along the way. It is my desire to come alongside you to help create a pathway toward self awareness, healing, joy, and fulfillment.

I work from a relational psychodynamic approach. I believe that one’s past provides a template for what they may be experiencing in the present. I trust in the transformational nature of the therapeutic relationship. My hope is for you to feel both heard and known during our time together. I would love the opportunity to join you in this next season. Together, we can discern how to help create the life you truly want for yourself.

“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.”

    – Brene Brown –

“Healing doesn’t mean the trauma never existed. It means the trauma no longer controls our life.”
